19 90 , 19 , are erroneous, illegal, or due to error in valuation for the following reasons:
(Completely describe the circumstances surrounding the incorrect value or tax.)
This is a gas compressor that was on location at NE4SW4 31, 5, 64, on
contract with the Gerrity Company. This compressor was removed on August
10, 1989 per the attached field transfer, and moved to yard in Wray, Colorado.
The contract with Gerrity is still active, but the gas compressor was removed
from the field location.
