VRAIN LAND COMPANY AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested o with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and 0 O WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an Agricultural Lease between U Weld County and St. Vrain Land Company, commencing upon execution of Lease and [a ending upon six months written notification with the further terms and conditions 0 w being as stated in said Lease, and o▪ W WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said Lease, O a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. O U NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld ko a County, Colorado, that the Agricultural Lease between Weld County and St. Vrain -65 Land Company be, and hereby is, approved. o o W BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is, a authorized to sign said Agricultural Lease. The parties agree that after County serves the above stated notice and begins mining, St. Vrain may, at County' s sole discretion, continue to farm and graze those parts of Property not being mined.
