RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF EDWARD GARBARINO TO WELD 911 EMERGENCY TELEPHONE
SERVICE AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld 911 Emergency Telephone
Service Authority Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Edward Garbarino be appointed to said
board, to replace Gary McCabe as the emergency medical services representative,
and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Edward Garbarino to said
board, with his term to expire January 12, 1995.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Edward Garbarino be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld
911 Emergency Telephone Service Authority Board, with his term to expire January
12, 1995.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following 1 vote on the 1st day of March, A.D. , 1993.
