RE: APPROVE CHANGE IN TERM OF APPOINTMENT OF TONY MOLOCZNIK AND REALIGNMENT OF
AREAS REPRESENTED ON WELD COUNTY COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated December 30, 1991, Tony Molocznik was
appointed to the Weld County Communications Advisory Board, as District Attorney
and Coroner Offices' representative, with a term to expire December 31, 1994, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been advised that said appointment should have been
made as a standing appointment, not with an expiration date of December 31, 1994,
and
WHEREAS, the Board has also been informed the revised bylaws of said Board
have labeled fire zone representatives differently, with Fire Zone 1 becoming
Fire Zone B, Fire Zone 2 becoming Fire Zone A, and Fire Zone 3 becoming Fire Zone
C, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated February 20, 1991, Marion Richter was
appointed to represent Fire Zone 3 on said Board, and
WHEREAS, Marion Richter will now represent Fire Zone C, with his term to
remain the same as this is a realignment of areas represented, and
WHEREAS, the positions for Fire Zones A and B are currently vacant, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to change the term of Tony Molocznik
from an expiration date of December 31, 1994 to a standing position, and
WHEREAS, the Board also deems it advisable to realign the area represented
by Marion Richter as Fire Zone C, with his term to expire December 31, 1993, with
the positions for Fire Zones A and B being vacant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Resolution dated December 30, 1991, be, and hereby is,
rescinded to the extent it is inconsistent with this Resolution, with Tony
Molocznik being appointed to a standing position.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Resolution dated February 20,
1991, be, and hereby is, rescinded to the extent it is inconsistent with this
Resolution, with Marion Richter representing Fire Zone C, with his term to expire
December 31, 1993, and Fire Zones A and B being vacant.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 29th day of January, A.D. , 1992.
