RE: APPROVE EASEMENT AGREEMENT FOR AMBULANCE SEWER LINE WITH CITY OF GREELEY
AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, by to
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested o F,
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and ° N
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an Easement Agreement for an �y
ambulance sewer line, requesting a permanent easement for a right-of-way be n
granted to the City of Greeley, and I-C o

WHEREAS, said permanent easement contains approximately 0.23 acres located z NJ
in the NE„ of Section 31, Township 6 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld o,
County, Colorado, being more fully described in said agreement, and m to

WHEREAS, after study and review, the Board deems it advisable to authorize 7J

RIGHT-OF-WAY GRANT
Know all men by these presents that Weld County, of the
County of Weld, State of Colorado, hereinafter referred to as
"Grantor" ; hereby grants and conveys to the City of Greeley,
hereinafter referred to as "Grantee" ; a permanent easement for a
right-of-way for the purposes hereinafter set forth. The right-
of-way shall be described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast Corner of Section 31 , Township 6
North, Range 65 West, of the 6th Principal Meridian, Weld County,
Colorado; and considering the East line of said section to bear
