WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,

o with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and

U WHEREAS, a Land Use Permit for expansion of a dairy operation was granted
• to David Camenisch by Resolution dated January 23, 1974, and

H NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld

LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY: Part of the N2 of Section 10, T2N, R68W of
the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado.
LOCATION: South of Highway 119, east of Weld County Road 7.
SUP-233 was approved in 1984, for David Camenisch. The Special Use permit was
for a 750 head dairy. Attached are letters from Mr. and Mrs. Edson and Western
Dairyman Cooperative, Inc. , who currently have interest in the property,
requesting this Special Use permit be vacated. The dairy is no longer on the
property.
The Department of Planning Services' staff recommends the Board of County
Commissioners vacate SUP-233 at the request of the property owners.

Re: Special Use Permit #233
Dear Ms. Adler:
Mr. Arthur Uhrich of Nelson Engineers informed us of our
need to vacate Special Use Permit #233 on our property
located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Weld
County Road #7 and Colorado State Highway #119 .
We consider this as our formal request that SUP #233 be
vacated. The quantity and depth of the gravel make mining it
economically not feasible. The property has been rezoned by
the Weld County Commissioners to C-3 and I-1 and any previous
intention to perfect mining on the property has been
abandoned.
Please process this request for vacation at your
earliest convenience. Thank you.
