Visual screening: This can't be comieted until we are issued the building permits for which we paid in 1991 . We issued check #5011 in the amount of .3350.50 on 8-27-91 and check #5052 in the amount of $112.50 on 11-18-91 for building permits in which to enclose our noncommercial junk. The ::oncomr_erc_a.l Junk yard shall be totally enclosed uildin': or Structure or Visually Screened from all cent properties and public rights-of-way, In the past year we have built over 3,000 feet of fence. As you can see we have done our share to screen our noncommercial junk. i:ow you need to do yours by issuiae our permits. You issued part of them and held up others which 1 don't understand as it seems everyone wants our Noncommercial Junk inside. This all started over "Bungee Jumping" here which was stopped in Septerm-er 1991 then was allowed by the Town of Frederick to be opened directly across the road from a large mobile home par_'. in Dacono where thousands of residents live. Of those Si;:sl.: z,,joinif±g neighbors only one has complained. 1 page 3 Three of our neighbors have received building permits for airplane hangers since we paid for ours. They are Ed Lorson, Jon Foote and Les Grisham. are ours being held up? If you want to close us down we tape it that you are interested in purchasing our property. If so please let us knew your offer. We will expect it to be in the multi millions. Enclosed you will find a newspaper clipping- of a _'.S Supreme Court ruling on 6-30-92 which sets a precedent for land harassment by government agencies. We are sick and tired of the harassment we have received from the Weld County Planing Dept. and would like to be left alone, however, if this continues we fully intend to protect ol.a Constitutional _i htsu and hope that you don't waste more ta_:payers money than you already have on such alleged noncompliance. Dear Mr. McDonald: It has come to the attention of the Department of Planning Services' staff that the uses on your property maaY g2t be consistent with the uses allowed by right in the A (Agricultural) zone district as allowed by the Weld County Zoning Ordinance and the Weld County Building Code . The alleged noncompliance with the Zoning Ordinance is as follows: Recreational facility (museum) without proper County approvals . Commercial junkyard (an area where any waste, junk, or used or secondhand materials are bought, sold, exchanged, stored, bailed, packed, dismantled, or handled) without proper zoning or proper County approvals . Airport (hangar and aircraft tiedown rental - runway for takeoffs and landings of aircraft, - aircraft owned by others are stored on the property and use the airport) without proper County approvals . Visual screening has not been completed for the outside storage areas . Commercial uses of the property (hangar and aircraft tiedown rental, the buying and selling of aircraft and auto parts) without proper zoning or proper County permits. The algid noncompliances with the building code are a portable T hangar constructed without permits and three semi-trailers located on the property without proper building permits or properly licensed.
