RE: APPROVE PURCHASE OF SELF-CONTAINED HIGH PRESSURE WASHER/STEAMER FROM LEAR
SIEGLER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Purchasing Policies and Procedures require that
all used property be purchased by Board resolution, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been advised that the Weld County Road and Bridge
Department is in need of a self-contained high pressure washer/steamer, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that a used self-contained high pressure
washer/steamer be purchased from Lear Siegler, said washer/steamer being
described as one American High Pressure Washer, for a total purchase price of
$5,500.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, hereby authorizes the purchase of the hereinabove
described washer/steamer from Lear Siegler, for a total purchase price of
$5,500.00.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted b the following
vote on the 22nd day of July, A.D. , 1992.
