You are directed to make the following changes in this Contract:
1 . Remove and replace sidewalk damaged by Owner. Add: $ 212.00
2. Miscellaneous electrical changes authorized by Owner. Add: 1 ,858.00
3. Rework Elevation 17 & 18 (Darkroom) to accommodate sink. Add: 510.00
4. Rework Ceiling system to accommodate flex duct Add: 757.00
to 20 ceiling diffusers.
5. Remove and rework stoops between both buildings. Add: 1 ,633.00
6. Install a 20 amp IG dedicated circuit to feed double
duplex in each building per IBM letter dated 8/23/92. Add: 440.00
7. Adjust hardware allowance. Add: 334.00
8. Delete parking stripes Deduct : 613.00
9. Delete three outlets in Building 140.2 per Owner Deduct : 303.00
request.
10. Delete bathroom signs . Deduct : 140.00
11 . Delete drawer slides Treasurer' s counter. Deduct: 120.00
12. Credit cleaning done by Owner. Deduct : 205.00
The original Contract Sum was $ 1 ,658,000.00
Net change by previous Change Orders $ 8,890.00
