ROAD PETITION .
To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of W e 1 d County, Cob.
GENTLEMEN:—We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities •
of the public require a County wagon road to be laid out as follows, to-wit: Commencing at
Commencing at the quarter corners common to sections 15 and 16, Tp.
5N. , Range 65 West and running thence due last and along the one half sec-
tion lines through the center of section 15 and Section 14 a distance
of one and one half miles to the center of said section 14 thereof; Thence
due north and along one half seotion line a distance of Three Quarters of
a mile to the center of the south half of section 11, Tp. 5N. , Range 65
West and connecting with the present county road' running east 'and west
through the center of the south half of said section 11. The last named
point being the terminus thereof.

Said road to be not less than feet in width.
We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road as above de-
scribed,and We, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid o , 'n co ' eration of the
sum of one dollar to us each and severally in hand paid by the said County of
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and opening of said road, hereby agree to
give the right of way through our lands as shown by the plat accompanying this petition, and relinquish all
