RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and.
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County
Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Richard Kimmel,
representing District 1; Jean Hoffman, representing District 2;
and Donald Feldhaus, to serve At-Large, be appointed to said
Commission, with their terms to expire July 31, 1993 .
WHEREAS, the Board desires to appoint Richard Kimmel, Jean
Hoffman, and Donald Feldhaus to the Weld County Planning
Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Richard Kimmel, Jean
Hoffman, and Donald Feldhaus be, and hereby are, appointed to
serve on the Weld County Planning Commission, with their terms to
expire July 31 , 1993 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 8th day of
August, A.D. , 1990.

Please add the following appointments to the Commissioners' Wednesday, August
8, 1990, agenda:
Planning Commission
Richard Kimmel will be appointed to represent District 1. He will replace
Jerry Burnett whose term is expired. Mr. Kimmel's term will expire 7/31/93.
Jean Hoffman will be appointed to represent District 2. She will replace
Ernest Ross whose term is expired. Ms. Hoffman's term will expire 7/31/93.
Donald Feldhaus will be appointed to serve At-Large. He will replace Marvin
Halldorson whose term is expired. Mr. Feldhaus' term will expire 7/31/93.
