WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on July 11 , 1990 , a public hearing was conducted to
consider the proposed issuance by the County of qualified private
activity bonds for Waste Services Corporation, and
WHEREAS, at said hearing, the Board deemed it advisable to
continue the hearing to July 25 , 1990 , at 10 : 00 a.m. , and
WHEREAS, at the hearing of July 25 , 1990 , the Board deemed it
advisable to continue said hearing to July 30 , 1990 , at 9: 00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the hearing
concerning the proposed issuance by the County of qualified
private activity bonds for Waste Services Corporation be, and
hereby is, continued to July 30 , 1990 , at 9 :00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of
July, A.D. , 1990 ./n

I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated June 27, 1990, and
duly published June 28, 1990, in The New News, a public hearing was
conducted to consider the issuance of County Qualified Private Activity
(Solid Waste Disposal Revenue) Bonds for Waste Services Corporation.
Lee D. Morrison, Assistant County Attorney, made this matter of record.

Commissioner Lacy moved to continue the hearing to consider the
issuance of County Qualified Private Activity Bonds to July 30, 1990,
at 9:00 a.m. Commissioner Kirby seconded the motion which carried
unanimously.
