Home My WebLink About920432.tiffRESOLUTION RE: APPROVE CHANGE OF CORPORATE STRUCTURE FOR CONO-SERVICES, INC., DBA CONOCO #06394 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Cono-Services, Inc., dba Conoco #06394, the holder of a 3.2% Beer License in Weld County, Colorado, has presented the Board with a Change of Corporate Structure, and WHEREAS, Cono-Service, Inc., dba Conoco #06394, has indicated said change of corporate structure is as follows: Keith A. Pichanick replaces William J. Duncan as Secretary and a Director, and David C. Rising is now Treasurer as well as his previous position of Vice President, having replaced Donald G. Romero, and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said change of corporate structure.
