RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
AUTHORITY
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Chauncey Carter and
Mark Hinze be reappointed as county representatives on the Weld
County Municipal Airport Authority, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Chauncey
Carter and Mark Hinze to said Board, with their terms to expire
September 6 , 1994 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Chauncey Carter and
Mark Hinze be, and hereby are, reappointed to the Weld County
Municipal Airport Authority Board with their terms to expire
September 6 , 1994 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 27th day of
August, A.D. , 1990.
