Dear Commissioners :
As applicant in the matter referenced above, The Villa At
Greeley, Inc . is requesting an extension of the time frame
allowance for submittal of the Final Plat Plan. This request is
necessary because the Colorado Department of Transportation has
changed its proposed alignment of the I-25 Frontage Road, which
placed the road through the westerly portion of our project ' s site
plan.
Our architect and engineer hope to receive the legal
description of the newly aligned road in time to revise and file
our Final Plat by the six month deadline, which is June 8, 1994 .
In case it is not possible to complete the plat by then, I am
requesting that the matter of extending the filing deadline be
placed on your agenda for your June 8 meeting. Thank you very
much.
