RE: APPROVE SUPPLEMENTAL CONTRACT WITH CREATIVE STRUCTURES, INC. ,
AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board did, by Resolution dated April 4 , 1990 ,
enter into a Contract with Creative Structures, Inc. , for
engineering services for the design of Weld County Bridge 19/68A,
and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Supplemental
Contract, making certain amendments to said Contract, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to
approve the Supplemental Contract, with the terms and conditions
being as stated in said Contract, a copy of which is attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the aforementioned
Supplemental Contract between Weld County and Creative Structures,
Inc. , be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and
hereby is , authorized to sign said Supplemental Contract.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 16th day of
May, A.D. , 1990 .

SUPPLEMENTAL CONTRACT
By mutual agreement, Weld County and Creative Structures, Inc. hereby amend
the contract between these two entities dated April 4, 1990, for
engineering services necessary to replace the bridge on County Road 19
over the New Cache La Poudre Irrigation Canal, between State Highway 392
and County Road 70 near Windsor, Colorado.
1. In Section IV, Paragraph H, change the "Services in
preparation of plans, special provisions, estimates,
and ratings" amount from $9,795.77 to $9,995.77.
2. In Section IV, Paragraph H, change the "Total
lump sum not to be exceeded without a Change Order"
amount from $10,020.77 to $10,220.77.
