RESOLUTION
RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING TAX ABATEMENT PETITION - MIDDLEFIELD INVESTORS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a tax abatement petition, PIN
#5499186, from Middlefield Investors, Box 689, Littleton, Colorado 80160, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on June 15, 1992, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter one week to allow
staff adequate time to verify related matters.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that this matter will be reconsidered by the Board on June 22,
1992, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
