RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING WINDSOR SHORES LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated November 4, 1991, the Board of County
Commissioners accepted the Certification of Special Election held October 29,
1991, thereby making November 29, 1991, the effective date for the creation of
the Windsor Shores Law Enforcement Authority, and
WHEREAS, on July 14, 1993, the Board of County Commissioners did convene
as the governing body of the Windsor Shores Law Enforcement Authority, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Administration recommended to the
Board said meeting be continued to November, to allow the Board time to address
the functionality of small special districts within the constraints of Amendment
1, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to continue said meeting to November
17, 1993, at 9:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that said annual meeting of the Windsor Shores Law Enforcement
Authority be, and hereby is, continued to November 17, 1993, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of July, A.D. , 1993.

NOTICE AS TO PROPOSED BUDGET DOCKET #93-53
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a proposed budget of zero has been submitted
to the Windsor Shores Law Enforcement Authority District Board for the ensuing
year of 1994. Such proposed budget will be considered at a special meeting of
the Windsor Shores Law Enforcement Authority District Board to be held in the
First Floor Assembly Room, 915 10th Street, Greeley, Colorado, on July 14, 1993,
at 9:00 a.m.
Any interested elector within such Windsor Shores Law Enforcement Authority
District may inspect the proposed budget and file or register any objections
thereto at any time prior to the final adoption of the budget.
