The following note shall be placed on the recorded exemption plat prior to recording: A Flood Hazard Development Permit will be required for any new construction or the substantial improvement of existing structures in the Floodway or Floodprone Districts located on the property. The applicant shall submit a mylar plat to the Department of Planning Services to be recorded in the office of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder. The plat shall be prepared in accordance with the requirements of Section 9-2 C. (4) of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations. The plat shall be submitted within sixty (60) days from the date of approval by the Department of Planning Services . The lots are described as Lot A, consisting of 2 acres to be used for residential use, and Lot B, consisting of 78 acres to be used for agricultural use. The proposed water supply are individual on lot wells. There is an existing well located on Lot A, Permit No. 36060. According to the well completion report for the well, the well is completed at an interval of 106 feet to 177 feet below ground level in the Laramie-Fox Hills aquifer. The well is permitted for domestic use with a maximum pumping rate of 15 GPM and an annual appropriation of 2 acre-feet. A request for an additional domestic well located in Lot B would be evaluated as for any well permit request for a new well to be located on a tract of land of 35 or more acres.
