RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR WELD COUNTY TREASURER TO CANCEL CERTAIN COUNTY TAX LIEN
SALE CERTIFICATES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Francis M. Loustalet, Weld County Treasurer, has requested
authorization to cancel certain County Tax Lien Sale Certificates, copies of the
lists of said certificates being attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable to cancel
said Tax Lien Sale Certificates as requested by the Weld County Treasurer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Francis M. Loustalet, Weld County Treasurer, be, and
hereby is, authorized to cancel said County Tax Lien Sale Certificates.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 22nd day of June, A.D. , 1992.
