RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO UTILITIES COORDINATING ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Utilities Coordinating Advisory
Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Tim Johnston replace Mike Johnson as
the representative of a gas utility on said committee, with his term to expire
December 31, 1995, leaving the alternate position vacant for the time being, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Gene Rempel replace Glenn Stokes as
the representative of an electrical utility, with his term to expire December 31,
1995, and Mel Koshio being appointed as his alternate, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Tim Johnston, Gene Rempel,
and Mel Koshio as an alternate, to said committee, with terms to expire December
31, 1995.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Tim Johnston be, and hereby is, appointed to the Utilities
Coordinating Advisory Committee, with his term to expire December 31, 1995.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Gene Rempel be, and hereby is,
appointed to said committee, with his term to expire December 31, 1995.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Mel Koshio be, and hereby is,
appointed as Gene Rempel's alternate to said committee, with his term to expire
December 31, 1995.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 30th day of December, A.D. , 1992.

Please add the following to the board's Wednesday, December 30, 1992, agenda:
Utilities Coordinating Advisory Committee
Tim Johnston will be appointed as the representative of a gas utility. Tim will
replace Mike Johnson. His term will expire 12/31/95. Tim Johnston previously
served as Mike Johnson's alternate. The alternate position will remain vacant
for the time being.
Gene Rempel will replace Glenn Stokes as the representative of an electrical
utility. Glenn Stokes has served the maximum length of time. Mel Koshio will
be appointed as his alternate. Both terms will expire 12/31/95.
