RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF IVAN BULLOCK TO WELD COUNTY PRIVATE INDUSTRY
COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Private Industry
Council, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Ivan Bullock be appointed to said
council as Private Sector-Large Business representative, to replace Demetria
Argos, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Ivan Bullock to said
council, with his term to expire December 31, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Ivan Bullock be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld
County Private Industry Council as Private Sector-Large Business representative,
with his term to expire December 31, 1994.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 6th day of June, A.D. , 1994.
