RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS AND APPOINTMENTS TO PLACEMENT ALTERNATIVES
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Placement
Alternatives Commission, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Troy Hause, Attorney, and Michael
Escobar, Law Enforcement State Patrol, be reappointed to said commission, and
WHEREAS, it has also been recommended that Susan Ruth, Community at Large;
Cliff Brookhart, Community at Large; Mike Hoover, Special Education; and Joe
Murphy, Probation, be appointed to said commission, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Troy Hause to said
commission, with his term to expire December 31, 1994, and to reappoint Michael
Escobar to said commission, with his term to expire December 31, 1996, and
WHEREAS, the Board also deems it advisable to appoint Susan Ruth, Cliff
Brookhart, Mike Hoover, and Joe Murphy to said commission, with their terms to
expire December 31, 1996.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Troy Hause, Attorney, and Michael Escobar, Law Enforcement
State Patrol, be, and hereby are, reappointed to the Weld County Placement
Alternatives Commission, with their terms to expire December 31, 1994, and
December 31, 1996, respectively.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Susan Ruth, Community at Large;
Cliff Brookhart, Community at Large; Mike Hoover, Special Education; and Joe
Murphy, Probation, be, and hereby are, appointed to said commission, with their
terms to expire December 31, 1996.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of March, A.D. , 1994.
