RESOLUTION RE: GRANT REQUEST FROM TUTTLE APPLEGATE, INC. FOR PREADVERTISEMENT OF SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT APPLICATION - BESTWAY PAVING WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from Tuttle Applegate, Inc. for preadvertisement of an application for a Special Review Permit for a dry-pit gravel mine in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, for Bestway Paving Company, and WHEREAS, said property is described as part of SW! of the SW' Section 36, Township 6 North, Range 66West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, after study and review the Board deems it advisable to grant said request, with the hearing date to be set as March 24, 1993 at 10:00 a.m. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request from Tuttle Applegate, Inc. for preadvertisement of an application for a Special Review Permit for a dry-pit gravel mine in the A (Agricultural) Zone District for Bestway Paving Company be, and hereby is, granted.
