When I purchased the building in October 1990 for $48,500.00 the building was a total disaster in all respects--heating, lighting and plumbing all ruined. The whole building had to be completely gutted which I did myself. I am now in the process of remodeling the two upstairs apart- ments and doing some reconstruction on the main floor. The heating, lighting, plumbing and windows have to be replaced. It will be some time before I may be able to realize an income from the two upstairs apartments and a lot longer before I can even hope to have an income from the main floor. For these reasons I request a revaluation of the property and a much lower tax. Thank you. Hello
