Subject: Proposed changes to USR-671
Dear Mr. Scott:
Thank you for your inquiry regarding the proposed expansion of an existing shop
building. The Department of Planning Services' staff has reviewed your request
to construct a 25' by 50' addition and determined that the addition will not
be a material deviation from the approved plans for USR-671.
An amendment to your Use by Special Review Permit will not be necessary however,
you do need to obtain a building permit for the structure. If you have any
further questions, please call our office.

Dear Sirs,
We have a Special Use Permit for our farm machinery and truck •
repair shop located at 11434 Hwy 52 - Ft. Lupton. We would like to
build an addition onto our building measuring 50 feet x 25 feet x 15
feet high. This addition would be constructed of wood posts and
steel siding. It would be used to house our machine tools; lathe,
mill, grinders, presses, etc and hand tools. We do not expect this
addition to generate any additional traffic or people, only to help
organize and make better use of our already existing space.
