RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER WEBSTER AS COMMISSIONER COORDINATOR TO
THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR NORTH COLORADO MEDICAL CENTER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Commissioner W. H. Webster be
appointed as Commissioner Coordinator to the Board of Trustees for North Colorado
Medical Center, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Commissioner W. H. Webster
to said position, with his term to be effective January 1, 1993, through December
31, 1993.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Commissioner W. H. Webster be, and hereby is, appointed
as Commissioner Coordinator to the Board of Trustees for North Colorado Medical
Center, with his term to be effective January 1, 1993, through December 31, 1993.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 4th day of January, A.D. , 1993.
