RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF SYLVIA MCWILLIAMS TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissi-oners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Board of Adjustment,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Sylvia McWilliams be appointed to
s-aid board to fill the unexpired term of Ben Slater as an associate member, and
WHEREAS, the Board -deems it advisable to appoint Sylvia McWilliams to said
board, with her term to expire December 31, 1993.
NOW, T-HEREFORE, BE IT-RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Welt
County, Colorado, that Sylvia McWilliams be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld
County Board of Adjustment, with her term to expire December 31, 1993.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of November, A.D. , 1992.
