RE: APPROVE SALE OF TAX SALE CERTIFICATE TO DUANE AND DEBBIE BERTSCH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on the 26th day of January, 1994, Quality Door, Inc. , requested
that the Board of County Commissioners sell to it the Tax Sale Certificate
#87-01742/88, which applies to Parcel #080716300006, being more particularly
described as improvements on the railroad right-of-way located in the SW* SW* of
Section 16, Township 6 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado, with a street address of 512 Railroad Avenue, Windsor, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on January 26, 1994, the Board did approve the sale of said Tax
Sale Certificate to Quality Door, Inc. , and
WHEREAS, on January 31, 1994, the Board reconsidered said motion from
January 26, 1994, and amended said motion to make said sale effective to Duane
and Debbie Bertsch, and
WHEREAS, Duane and Debbie Bertsch shall provide to the Board of County
Commissioners certified funds in the sum of $13, 105.45, which represents the
total amount due and payable on said Tax Sale Certificate through January 31,
1994 (excluding the 1993 taxes for the property) .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Tax Sale Certificate #87-01742/88 be, and hereby is, sold
to Duane and Debbie Bertsch for the above-described compensation.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 31st day of January, A.D. , 1994.

87-01742/88 to Quality Door, Inc . , pursuant to provisions of

the applicant asked that the sale of said Tax Sale Certificate be
to Duane and Debbie Bertsch instead of Quality Door, Inc . The
Board of County Commissioners granted this request and will sell
