RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING RECORDED EXEMPTION #1673 - LIND FARMS,
INCORPORATED
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, at a regular Board meeting on November 16, 1994, the Board was presented
with the request for Recorded Exemption#1673 which was submitted by Lind Farms, Incorporated,
38241 Weld County Road 23, Eaton, Colorado 80615, for property described as Lot B of Amended
Recorded Exemption #309, which is located in part of the NE 1/4 of Section 23, Township 7 north,
Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, being more particularly described in the
plat which shall be provided by the applicant and known as Exhibit "A", said plat to be recorded,
and
WHEREAS,this request is to divide the property into parcels estimated to be approximately
65.5 acres and 1.5 acres, and
WHEREAS, at said meeting on November 16, 1994, only three Board members were
present, and the applicant's representative, Ken Lind, indicated his father was ill and requested a
continuance to November 23, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the request for Recorded Exemption #1673 submitted by Lind Farms,
Incorporated, be, and hereby is, continued to November 23, 1994, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 16th day of November, A.D., 1994.
