RE: APPROVE VACATION OF AMENDED RECORDED EXEMPTION NO. 1053 - WICKERSHAM
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on May 2, 1991, Department of Planning Services staff did approve
Amended Recorded Exemption #1053 in order to adjust the boundary of only Lot B,
and
WHEREAS, said property is located in part of the SE,' and part of the Ei of
Section 12, Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from William Wickersham, owner,
to vacate said Amended Recorded Exemption #1053, which was recorded May 2, 1991,
at Book 1297, Reception #02248916, in the records of the Weld County Clerk and
Recorder, and
WHEREAS, after study and review and, having been fully informed, the Board
deems it advisable to approve said request for vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Amended Recorded Exemption #1053 be, and hereby is,
vacated.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 24th day of August, A.D. , 1994.

Vacation of Amended Recorded Exemption 1053
Subject:
The property owner of both Lot A and Lot B of Amended Recorded Exemption 1053,
Bill Wickersham, has requested the Board of County Commissioners approve vacating
the Amended Recorded Exemption. The Department of Planning Services' staff
recommends approval of this request, as long as both parcels which are proposed
to be created meet or exceed the minimum lot size of 80 acres.

This letter is a request to vacate Recorded Exemption #1053 dated May 2, 1991,
Reception #02248916 in Book 1297. We are selling 80 acres with improvements and
127 acres respectively, and need this Recorded Exemption vacated to complete these
transactions.
