with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and

O 3 WHEREAS, a Site Specific Development Plan and Planned Unit Development Plan

• for a residential subdivision was approved by the Board, by Resolution dated May
� w 29, 1991, for Baldridge, PUD, 1st Filing, and,

O WHEREAS, Condition of Approval Ill requires a subdivision improvements
W agreement and a landscaping improvements agreement be executed and collateral for
0o g said improvements be accepted by the Board of County Commissioners, and

a• and a Landscaping Improvements Agreement with Donald W. and Adele A. Baldridge
