RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING RECORDED EXEMPTION NO. 1395 - GREENWOOD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on February 26, 1992, the Board considered a request from Stanley
W. Greenwood for a recorded exemption on a parcel of land described as part of
the W',- of Section 34, Township 7 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld
County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Planning staff recommended continuing said matter to March 4,
1992, to allow the applicant to be present, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to continue said matter to March 4,
1992, at 9:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the request from Stanley W. Greenwood for a recorded
exemption be, and hereby is, continued to March 4, 1992, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 26th day of February, A.D. , 1992.
