RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT #1896 - HIRSCH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the
16th day of March, 1994, considered the request of Jacob and Terry Hirsch III,
2817 East County Road 30, Fort Collnis, Colorado 80525, for a mobile home to be
used as a principal dwelling, and
WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A (Agricultural) Zone
District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows:
Part of the SW,' and SI NW* of Section 24, Township 7
North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony,
finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions:
1. The applicant shall apply for and obtain approval for a
building permit for the mobile home prior to locating
the mobile home on the property.
2. The mobile home shall not be occupied until such time
that the applicant has complied with Condition #1 above.
3. No additional accesses shall be allowed onto Weld County
Roads 23 and 78 to this property.
4. The mobile home shall be located on the property as
shown on the plot plan and as described in the
application materials.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the request of Jacob and Terry Hirsch III for permission
to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the above described
parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with Section 43 of the Weld
County Zoning Ordinance, be, and hereby is, granted subject to the hereinabove
listed conditions.

ACCESSORY FARM USE
I, the undersigned, understand and agree to the conditions which follow:
1. One only manufactured home, mobile home, or accessory dwelling unit is permitted as
an accessory farm use in the Agricultural zone district.
2. More than one manufactured home, mobile home, or accessory dwelling unit in the "A"
Agricultural Zone District as an accessory farm use requires a zoning permit to be
approved by the Board of County Commissioners.
3. The manufactured home, mobile home, or accessory dwelling unit will be occupied by
persons customarily employed at or engaged in the operation of the use where the
manufactured home, mobile home, or accessory dwelling unit is located;
4. The manufactured home, mobile home, or accessory dwelling unit is necessary for the
effective and economic operation of the use and/or protection of the agricultural
use;
