RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF MARY FOX TO WELD COUNTY AREA AGENCY ON AGING
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Area Agency on
Aging, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Mary Fox be appointed to said agency,
to replace Lois Onorato, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Mary Fox to said agency,
with her term to expire January 31, 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Mary Fox be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld County
Area Agency on Aging, with her term to expire January 31, 1997.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of February, A.D. , 1994.
