RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT OF JUDY YAMAGUCHI AND BUD CLEMONS TO PLANNING
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Judy Yamaguchi and Bud Clemons be
reappointed to said commission, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Judy Yamaguchi,
representing District 5, and Bud Clemons, at-large representative, to said
commission, with their terms to expire July 31, 1995.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Judy Yamaguchi and Bud Clemons be, and hereby are,
reappointed to the Planning Commission, with their terms to expire July 31, 1995.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of July, A.D. , 1992.
