The parties agreed that the 1991 actual value of the residential property in Parcel Number 0961-31-4-17-020 should be reduced to: Land $13 , 125. 00 Improvements $57 ,747. 00 Total $70, 872 . 00 4 . The Board concurs with the Stipulation. 5. Parcel Numbers 0961-31-4-17-013 , -018 and -019 were not addressed in the Stipulation. ORDER: Respondent is ordered to reduce the 1991 actual value of the residential property in Parcel Number 0961-31-4-17-020, as set forth in Paragraph 3 above. The valuation, as established above, shall be binding only with respect to tax year 1991 . 7. Brief narrative as to why the reduction was made: After review of building 001, quality and condition noted, cost and market indicated a reduction in value. At this time the owner agrees to no adjustment on building 002. 8 . Both parties agree that the hearing scheduled before the Board of Assessment Appeals on March 9, 1992 (date) at 10:30 A.M. (time) be vacated; or, a hearing has not yet been scheduled before the Board of Assessment Appeals (check if appropriate) .
