RE: APPOINTMENT OF LINDA M. DODGE AS DEPUTY CLERK TO THE BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, due to the termination of Betty Henson, a need exists to appoint
another Deputy Clerk to the Board, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board to rescind the appointment of Betty
Henson as Deputy Clerk to the Board, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 3-7 of the Weld County Home Rule Charter, it
is the desire of the Board to appoint Linda M. Dodge as Deputy Clerk to the
Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Linda M. Dodge be, and hereby is, appointed Deputy Clerk
to the Board, effective March 29, 1993.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners hereby
rescinds the appointment of Betty Henson as Deputy Clerk to the Board.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 5th day of April, A.D. , 1993, nunc pro tunc
March 29, 1993. ^
