SUBJECT: CDBG Project Completion Re ort
DATE: June 3, 1992
The attached Project Completion Report closes out the 1990 project. The total
amount of CDBG funds expended for the project was $202,000 for contract activity,
with another $28,000 for administration.
Due to the higher than anticipated costs for the replacement housing projects and
two housing rehabilitation projects, the accomplishments were slightly less than
we proposed in order to remain within budget. Our original goal was five
projects; however, our actual performance was four projects.
County Board approval is requested.
