RE: APPROVE CERTIFICATION OF INTENT TO PROCEED TO COLORADO HIGHWAY COMMISSION
AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN SPECIAL BRIDGE FUND PROJECT ESTIMATE -
BRIDGE #32.5/218
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Certification of Intent to
Proceed to certify the County of Weld's intent to proceed with Bridge Project,
Structure Number WEL 032.5-021.0B, to the Colorado Highway Commission and a
Special Bridge Fund Project Estimate for said bridge, with the terms and
conditions being as stated in said documents, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said
documents, copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Certification of Intent to Proceed to certify the
County of Weld's intent to proceed with Bridge Project, Structure Number WEL
032.5-021.OB, to the Colorado Highway Commission be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is,
authorized to sign said Special Bridge Fund Project Estimate for Bridge
#32.5/21B.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 4th day of August, A.D. , 1993.

CERTIFICATION OF INTENT TO PROCEED
The County of WELD hereby certifies to the Colorado
Highway Commission that it intends to proceed with the Bridge Project,
Structure Number WEL 032.5-021.OB , for which it received Special
Bridge Fund Account monies; and certifies that it has, or will have
September 1, 1993 (date) , the required twenty percent local
matching funds. Attached is a design engineer's preliminary cost estimate and
a specific construction schedule, including a project start date and a
projected project completion date, pursuant to the State Department of Highways
Procedural Directive Number 43.1, paragraph 5*.
