RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING RECORDED EXEMPTION N0. 1326 - COLORADO COMMODITY
TRADERS, INC.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the request for Recorded Exemption No. 1326 was submitted by
Colorado Commodity Traders, Inc. , for property which is located in part of the
W/2 NE/4 of Section 35, Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld
County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, at the meeting of February 13, 1991, the Department of Planning
Services advised the Board that the representative of the applicant was unable
to be present to answer questions of the Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to continue this matter to February
20, 1991, to allow the representative to be present.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Recorded Exemption 111326, submitted by Colorado Commodity
Traders, Inc. be, and hereby is, continued to February 20, 1991.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 13th day of February, A.D. , 1991.
