RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND SPECIAL
REVIEW PERMIT FOR AN OIL AND GAS SUPPORT AND SERVICE FACILITY (NATURAL GAS
COMPRESSOR STATION) - SNYDER OIL CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the
18th day of August, 1993, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the Chambers of the Board
for the purpose of hearing the application of Snyder Oil Corporation, 1625
Broadway, Denver, Colorado 80202, for a Site Specific Development Plan and
Special Review Permit for an oil and gas support and service facility (natural
gas compressor station) on the following described real estate, to-wit:
Part of the SW,' SW* of Section 22, Township
8 North, Range 58 West of the 6th P.M. ,
Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, said applicant was not represented, and
WHEREAS, said property was not posted in a timely manner; therefore, the
Planning staff recommended continuing said matter to September 8, 1993, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and
statements of those present and, having been fully informed, finds that this
request shall be continued to September 8, 1993, at 10:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the application for a Site Specific Development Plan and
Special Review Permit for an oil and gas support and service facility (natural
gas compressor station) on the hereinabove described parcel of land be, and
hereby is, continued to September 8, 1993, at 10:00 a.m.

RE: SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT FOR AN OIL
AND GAS SUPPORT AND SERVICE FACILITY (NATURAL GAS COMPRESSOR STATION)
- SNYDER OIL CORPORATION
A public hearing was conducted on August 18, 1993, at 10:00 A.M. , with the
following present:
Commissioner Constance L. Harbert, Chairman
Commissioner W. H. Webster, Pro-Tem
Commissioner George E. Baxter
Commissioner Dale K. Hall
Commissioner Barbara J. Kirkmeyer
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Shelly Miller
Assistant County Attorney, Lee Morrison
Planning Department representative, Greg Thompson
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated July 28, 1993, and duly
published August 5, 1993, in the Windsor Beacon, a public hearing was
conducted to consider the request of Snyder Oil Corporation for a Site
Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit for an oil and gas
support and service facility (natural gas compressor station) . Lee
Morrison, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record. Greg
Thompson, Planning Department representative, said the applicant's sign is
not posted and staff recommends continuing said matter to September 8,
1993. Mr. Thompson explained, in response to questions of the Board, that
staff does not inspect the property for posting; however, staff does make
the signs to be picked up and posted. There was no public testimony
offered concerning the continuance of this matter. Commissioner Kirkmeyer
moved to continue the request of Snyder Oil Corporation for a Site
Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit for an oil and gas
support and service facility (natural gas compressor station) , to
September 8, 1993, at 10:00 a.m. The motion was seconded by Commissioner
Webster, and it carried unanimously.
This Certification was approved on the 23rd day of August, 1993.
