RE: SET HEARING DATE TO CONSIDER PETITIONS FROM VARIOUS PEST CONTROL DISTRICTS
TO EXTEND THEIR TERMINATION DATES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has received petitions from the following four pest
control districts requesting a public hearing be held to determine if the
termination dates should be extended:
Eaton-Ault Pest Control District #6
Southeast Weld Pest Control District #4
Prairie View Pest Control District 119
Platte Valley Pest Control District 115
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 35-5-104(7) CRS, the Board deems it advisable
that said hearing be set for Wednesday, August 25, 1993, at or about 9:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the hearing to consider extension of termination dates for
the above mentioned pest control districts be, and hereby is, set for Wednesday,
August 25, 1993, at or about 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of August, A.D. , 1993.
