In accordance with Senate Bill 91-231, petitioner requests review and adjustment
of the 1991 assessed value.
Summation: Subject was assessed at $102,891 actual value in 1991, but adjusted
to $50,533 for 1992. Adjustment was based on subject's actual cost to construct
of approx $50,000 (including 1990 land purchase) . Currently, subject is failing
and is for sale at little over its cost to construct plus cost of wash
equipment. Petitioner requests the corrected value of $50,533 ($14,660 assessed
value) be assigned as the 1991 value also.
