RE: APPROVE QUARTERLY NARRATIVE PERFORMANCE REPORT FOR HOME PROJECTS TO
COLORADO DIVISION OF HOUSING AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Quarterly Narrative
Performance Report for HOME Projects to the Colorado Division of Housing from the
County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Weld County Housing Authority, for
the period ending September 30, 1994, with terms and conditions being as stated
in said report, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said report,
a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, ex-officio Housing Authority Board, that the Quarterly
Narrative Performance Report for HOME Projects to the Colorado Division of
Housing, from the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Weld County Housing
Authority, for the period ending September 30, 1994, be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is,
authorized to sign said report.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following�(// vote

1. What has been undertaken and/or completes during the reporting period? How does this progress relate to 'milestones'
contained in the approved project schedule?
The following indicates the status of projector being
undertaken currently. Completion of these projects will allow us to have reached our
program's yearly goals.
We have four completed single family projects completed to date.
We have fourteen (14) single family rehab projects under contract.
We have one completed rental rehab project to date.
We have three (3) rental— rehab projects currently under contract.
2. What wiil be undertaken and/or completed during the NEXT reporting perusal How does this projected progress relate to
the 'milestones" contained in the approved project schedule?
With the completion of the aforementioned projects being completed we will have once
again reached our yearly program's milestones.
3. Have any complaint been received or have problems or issues developed related to financial management. environmental
review,civil rights,labor standards,displacementaecttisitjoni relocation or other matters?It so.how have these complaints
been resolved?

SUBJECT: HOME Quarterly Report for September, 1994
DATE: October 19, 1994
As discussed at the October 18th Work Session, attached for Board approval is the Quarterly Report
ending September 30, 1994, for the our HOME Housing Rehabilitation Program.
To date, four projects are completed and fourteen projects are currently under contract.
We are recommending Board approval of the HOME Quarterly report.
