RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the -authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, -and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently existon the Weld County -Board of Adjustment,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that David Woronoff's assignment be
transferred from being an at-large representative to represent District 2,
replacing Diane Hajec, and Sidney Walker's assignment be transferred from being
an associate member-to being an at-large representative, replacing David Woronoff
on said board, and
WHEREAS, it has been-r-ecommended that Lyman Bacon, replacing Gyneth Benson
in District 4, Scott Kinnison, r-eplacing Dennis Cesterling in District 6, and
John Windsor, replacing Sidney Walker as an associate member, be appointed to
said board, and
WHEREAS, the board deems it advisable to transf-er David Woronoff's and
Sidney Walker's assignments on said board, with their terms to expire December
31, 1992, and Dec-ember 31, 1994, respectively, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Lyman Baton, Scott
Kinnison, and John Windsor to said board, with-their terms to expireDecember 31,
1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that David Woronoff's and Sidney Walker's assignments he, and
hereby are, transferred as above stated on the Weld County Board of Adjustment,
with their terms to expire December 31, 1992, and December 31, 1994,
respectively.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that _Lyman Bacon, Scott Kinnison, and
John Windsor be, and hereby are, appointed to said board, -with their terms to
expire December 31, 1994.

Please add the following appointments to the board's Monday, June 15, 1992,
agenda:
Weld County Board of Adjustment
David Woronoff's assignment will be transferred. He will now represent District
2 instead of serving at-large. He is replacing Diane Hajec 2 and his term
expiration date will remain the same, namely, 12/31/92.
Lyman Bacon will be appointed to replace Gyneth Benson in District 4. Mr.
Bacon's term will expire 12/31/94.
Scott Kinnison will be appointed to replace Dennis Gesterling in District 6. Mr.
Kinnison's term will expire 12/31/94.
Sidney Walker's assignment will be transferred from being an associate member to
being an at-large representative. He will replace David Woronoff. His term
expiration will remain the same, namely, 12/31/94.
John Windsor will be appointed to replace Sidney Walker as an associate member.
Mr. Windsor's term will expire 12/31/94.
