Dear Larry;
This letter is in response to your request that the Little
Thompson Water District commit to provide domestic water service
to two proposed residential lots to be created by dividing a 160
acre parcel. This proposed exemption is located in the SW C!uarter,
of Section 9, Township 4 North, Range 68 West of the 6th
Principal Meridian in Weld County, Colorado.
Currently, the Di.strict has a 6" diameter water line located
along Weld County Road 4.6 in the above described area with
additional capacity available. Therefore we will commit to
provide domestic water service via 2 standard 5/8" x 3/4"
residential water taps.
The current fee for the above descri bed water tap is $4000. 00 and
is subject to change without notice.
This commitment will expire one year from the date of this letter
if the taps have riot been purchased and installed by that date.

Exemption. The parcel of land is described as part of the SW} of Section 9,
T4N, R68W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado. The location of the
parcel of land for which this application has been submitted is north of and
adjacent to Weld County Road 46, and east of and adjacent to Weld County
Road 5.
This application is submitted to you for review and recommendation. Any
comments or recommendation you consider relevant to this request would be
appreciated. Your prompt reply will help to facilitate the processing of
