RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE PURCHASE OF MOTOR GRADERS FROM WAGNER EQUIPMENT
COMPANY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a proposal for the
sale of seven Caterpillar 1406 motor graders from Wagner Equipment
Company, and
WHEREAS, Wagner Equipment Company will accept trade-ins,
making the total price of the seven motor graders $33,326 , and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to approve the purchase
of said motor graders.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the purchase of seven
motor graders from Wagner Equipment Company for the total amount
of $33,326 be, and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 8th day of
