RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE SUBORDINATION OF DEED OF TRUST AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN - STRICKER WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Subordination of Deed of Trust Agreement for Bob D. Stricker, with the terms and conditions being as stated in said agreement, and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, ex-officio Housing Authority Board, that the Subordination of Deed of Trust Agreement for Bob D. Stricker be, and hereby is, approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is, authorized to sign said agreement. Stricker conveyed to Public Trustee of Weld County Certain real property described therein to secure an indebtedness payable to Weld County Housing Authority. Bob D. Stricker has executed, or will execute a Deed of Trust and Note payable to Eaton Bank conveying the same property. Mr. Stricker is a rental property owner who participated in our rental rehabilitation program in 1990. We currently have a lien on his property and are in second position. Mr. Stricker has applied for a loan to refinance his mortgage on his property. The past policy of the Board has been to subordinate to permit, refinancing as long as we maintain second position.
