Box 758 �� r' Greeley, Colorado 80632 We, the undersigned citizens of Weld County, who are owners of record of real property, propose to be assessed the costs of paving, and which property will benefit from improvement of: Cheyenne Drive, Pawnee Drive, Kiowa Drive, Ute Drive, and part of Arrowhead Drive, which are the unpaved roads in Arrowhead Subdivision, Filings 1 thru 4; situated in Weld County, Colorado, do hereby petition the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of the County of Weld, State of Colorado, for the formation of a local improvement district pursuant to CRS, 30-20-601, et seq. We represent that the real property listed in this petition(s) will be assessed more than one-half of the estimated $180,000 in costs proposed to be assessed to the local improvement district. Such improvement district is for the purpose of: Paving the above described roads; The specific improvements we wish to have constructed are as follows: Pave and shoulder the above described roads; We request that the following materials be used: Four inches of aggregate basecourse, approximately 32' wide; 2" of asphalt pavement, 24' wide; and 2" of aggregate shoulders, approximately 4' wide; The specific manner of assessments we recommend is as follows: The 111 lots that are adjacent to unpaved roads pay a full assessment of approximately $1, 310, and the 52 lots that are not adjacent to unpaved roads pay a one-half assessment of approximately $655. An owner is a person holding fee title to real property. You are an "owner" if you hold a contract to purchase real property which obligates you to pay general taxes on that property.
